Excuses. Excuses. Excuses.

At the risk of sounding like an a$%hole (which is a risk I’m willing to take in service to your happiness)….

… your excuses are old news and a sore spot getting in the way of your best life.

You may be thinking, “Me? Not me. She must be talking to someone else. I’m WAY beyond excuses.”

PERHAPS.

But I’m seeing a lot of “reasons” disguised in spiritual lingo.

A reason IS an excuse.

So let me ask you this.

* Are you prospering?

* Do you say YES to whatever your heart desires – not giving a flying f**k what others think or what your “budget” says?

* Do you feel an unapologetic and uncaged freedom to be ALL you?

* Are you fulfilled in a lifestyle that you have designed according to YOUR TERMS?

* Do you make all the money you want?

If not, excuses ARE part of your repertoire.

The typical ones….

It’s not the right time.
I have more healing to do.
I don’t have enough money.

But there are some more sophisticated one’s that usually don’t get called out.

THIS IS BIG!

Here’s what I see.

1) Using your stories, struggles, hardship and wounds to gain sympathy and justify why you can’t.

2) Using spiritual language like intuition, alignment and what “feels right” to gain buy in for why you won’t.

Yeah, I said it.

You are using your wounds and your spiritual “truth” to get out of doing what needs to be done to get the results you want.

This feels edgy to say.

It’s important for you to know ….

Of course I honor what you’ve been through!

Of course I honor what feels right to you!

I’m actually a very compassionate person.

I’m sensitive to the depth of woman’s journey and wounds.

I’m a coach who champions women’s freedom through authentic self-knowing.

I’m actually impeccable at holding space for a woman to be witnessed in the depths.

BUT.

I think that many of us are confused about what compassion is.

For me, it’s NOT “going along” with your stories over and over again and offering you never ending space to join your pity party.

I’m not going to pretend that your capacity ends at the limits of your past.

You are a strong woman!

And while you’ve been through the sh%$, been oppressed, been abused even… I KNOW you are more than all that.

My compassion extends to not letting you lie to yourself any longer.

* What will you do to get on track with your highest goals and visions?

* How will you let your past inform you of a bigger purpose?

* When will you stop clinging to the security of your past? (How about NOW?)

And…

Let’s get real about this using the spiritual lingo to act like your “alignment” is good cause for not doing what is being asked of you to STEP IT UP.

Is there a time for …

… pausing and slowing down? Yes.
… honoring intuition if something is off? Absolutely.
… full dedication to the healing? Definitely.
… being in the rhythm of your inner process? You bet.

I am not, nor will I ever, advocate that a woman deny her feelings,
truth or inner knowing!!!

I know these are tender spaces.

Yet we have some maturing to do….

A next level discernment about what part of you is really running the show, and when to use those aspects in your quest for success.

So, my appeal to you is to GET HONEST.

Because –>> The degree to which you are honest with yourself is the degree to which you are free.

I am intentionally stirring the pot to get you to wake up and take next level action so that you live a life that is EXTRAORDINARY…

…not a life that is run by EXCUSES.

IF you are DONE with the excuses, now is the time to commit.
