Today’s full moon is a TURNING POINT.
While the new year rings out celebration
and promise of vast possibility….
…2016’s January foundation for me has included
a deep detox.
Rather than blasting out of the gate with the usual
vigor I have as an on-purpose woman, I have been
humbled by a demand to eliminate and release.
For me (and many others who are feeling it), there’s
no denying that something needs to work through in
order for the new vision to enter.
The truth is, when you set forth with new expanded
vision and intentions, you have to CLEAR out.
Most often, it’s not about adding on or acquiring more
in order to manifest your desires. It’s about letting go
of that which is not a match to what you have called forth.
The patterns, habits, relationships, mind sets, environments
and way of being that are NOT congruent with what you have intended …
WILL come to the surface and command to be released or come to a completion.
When you ignore this truth or try to skip this part
of the process, you will not be able to manifest with
the kind of ease and grace that is available to you.
In fact, the resistance to the inevitable change will cause
stress, strain and symptoms of dis-ease (from anxiety to
drama to money issues to health problems).
But here’s the deal.
The stress, strain and symptoms are not there to taunt you
or to make life hard. They are not there to reinforce any
broken beliefs you may be carrying about how you are not
worthy or are not good enough.
They are there to help you wake up! To bring attention to
the blockage you are creating by resisting the natural course
of life.
Symptoms are an indication you are not on track with who you
really are. It doesn’t mean something is “wrong”. You don’t need
to spin the worry web. It’s just information to help you make
new choices.
I don’t know about you, but…
…I can’t live the shallow and “good enough” life.
It’s not in my soul’s DNA!
What that requires of me is an integrity of personal truth.
Pretending, denying and glossing over just don’t fit in my
frequency.
Even the typical “goal setting” processes that become trendy
during the new year can feel empty unless I REALLY am
intentional about it.
It’s not just a list. It’s a LIFE!
So I’ve been evaluating what is true for me. What REALLY matters.
What I have to let go of.
(This includes things that have led to my success as well as things
that sabotage me. Even attachments to forms that have worked before
can get in the way of better life.)
And tonight, in harmony with the full moon, I’m going
to turn the tide on this cycle.
Won’t you join me?
With all that I am,
