YES!

To be repressed in my authentic expression was one of the greatest forms of poverty I knew. Doubting my value. Holding back my voice. Questioning if I knew what I knew. Disconnected from my intuitive guidance.

How did I create a multi-6 Figure company doing what I love?

*I decided to.*

That’s it.

I got to the place inside me where NOTHING was going to be contrary to that reality being so!!

I recognized that I was the only one who was going to “anoint” me.

I committed to becoming the person I needed to be to match that reality.

I thought like it was so.
I felt like it was so.
I behaved like it was so.

Because it was.

And the reason it became so was because I decided.

NOT because the economy created the right conditions.
NOT because I finally had enough money in the bank
(Truth is, my account was in the red).
NOT because I got another degree that proved I was valid.

But. Because. I DECIDED.

DECISION is the point of creation.

That means that once you make the decision, then creation is put into motion.

Once you make the decision, then manifesting really kicks in.

It’s not the other way around.

You can’t wait until enough evidence is gathered and expect to advance in the direction of your dreams.

That’s just the ego stalling.

In fact…

… I’m calling bullshit on your waiting game!

You think that you don’t see enough of the resources, the clients, the money, the abundance to give you the “green light” on your next step.

You think you have more healing to do to be “ready”.

You think you are the only one that feels insecure and terrified to put yourself out there.

Bullshit.

Resources come when you decide.
Clients come when you decide.
Money comes when you decide.
Abundance comes when you decide.

You don’t need to heal to be ready.

And you are certainly not the only one who feels insecure and terrified to put yourself out there.

The truth is… I’ve felt insecure and terrified PLENTY of times on this path. I just did again the other day!

But I decided.

And the nature of decision is elimination.

Decision eliminates all other possibilities that are NOT in alignment with that decision.

That means NO back door. NO plan B.

It means I feel my feelings of insecurity and terror… and still stay in the consciousness of the decision.

THAT is what I’m going to have.
THAT is what I want.
THAT is what I will manifest.
THAT is who I am going to be.

Now JUST in case that skeptic has popped on your shoulder and is carrying on in your ear about how Kendra has over-simplified how it “really is”…

… Let me give you some words for that part.

Decision is the point of creation. 

Whenever I start something new + big, I CRY.

What I’m about to share goes against marketing training and protocol.

But, heck. I don’t enjoy the level of success I do  today because I’ve gone with the CONVENTIONAL teachings, right?

As I was saying. I cry. And in this moment, I’m having to remind to myself what I teach my clients… that our emotional  intelligence is an ASSET to our success!

It’s the day before my site goes LIVE for my 6th Annual Summit. I haven’t done the video because it’s been raining and my eyes are red from tears.

This is NOT what I was going to post for my day before message!

It was going to be brimming with excitement. You know? The kind that entices you to want to hang out with me because I’m so cool.

Instead? I’m a blubbering mess overwhelmed with what I’ve set forth… feeling the dissonance between where I’ve been and where my purpose is taking me.

Might this make you turn away from tuning into the interviews?
I don’t know.

But I wouldn’t be a convincing leader of a new paradigm who proclaims that we DESPERATELY need leaders who are transparent and real if I just pretended that all that is going on behind the scene’s of this launch is sunshine and roses.

Not only that.

When it comes down to it, if you’re repelled by this kind of authentic share then you actually won’t WANT to join the interviews. Because we get real. And my life force is too
precious to waste it with people who are “kinda sorta” in.

Anybody else STRUGGLE with the “I’m too much, I’m not enough” dance?!

Sheesh. I’m too much. No. Wait. I’m not enough. Ah, here I am again. Being too much. Oh, great. Now I’m not enough.

Yesterday I was with some mastermind sisters and confessed how I’m grappling with ‘next level leadership fears‘. I’ve got visions to implement. People to lead. Healing to facilitate. Lives to change. Success to enjoy.

And I’m feeling the pain of holding back!

The part afraid of being too much convinces me that if I say too much… If I am too bold, too assertive, too wild, too sassy, too clear, too opinionated, too successful, too prosperous, too effective… that I’ll step on people’s toes. They’ll resent me for shining so bright. They’ll think I’m trying to take over. Or, they’ll attack me.

Then there’s the part of me afraid I’m not enough. Swinging to the other side of the pendulum, this voice weighs in. It tells me that I’m still not perfect enough. I’ve got more healing to do. More education to receive.

And then. This gold….

My sisters said to me, “PLEASE, BE TOO MUCH!”

I LOVED hearing this. It was a welcome reframe. A plea for me to BRING ALL OF WHO I AM!

I can’t afford holding back. It’s too costly. To my health. My peace of mind.

And it’s too costly to my clients. They deserve all of me. In fact, they pay me to shine in my leadership.

The truth is, I can’t deny the next level leadership surging through me. Well, I could deny it but I value my sanity too highly.

So, I invite you. Join me.
