It’s a call. When I honor it… I flourish in the abundant flow.
When I dishonor it (by pretending to not hear it, playing small,
hiding, stalling, etc)… I stress and feel lack.

There is NO doubt, after 20 + years of applied study in what it
takes to be successful, the strong correlation between living on
purpose and prosperity.

Life WANTS you to succeed in your purpose. The resources you need
are provided, because your unique gifts are essential to life.

If you think about it, it’s quite RIDICULOUS that we’ve bought
into a paradigm that convinces us that we have to struggle to
align with purposeful, meaningful work.

2 common reasons women come to me all the time …

a) Having accomplished “success” by societal standards but feeling
void of meaning and true wealth. i.e. They’ve made 6-figures but
become someone they are not in order to do so. They are terrified
to let go of the persona to pursue what really pleasures their soul.
They are scared that doing so will threaten their security.

b) Feeling stifled by their consistent and painful longing for more,
but grappling with their money values. In other words, they are not
making as much as they know they are worth, but afraid that pursuing
more money will infringe on spiritual values. Additionally, they just
don’t know how to position themselves confidently to command more
money and influence.

Can you relate?

If not these scenario’s, I am sure SOME version of the purpose/prosperity
tug-of-war likely lives in you.

Here’s what you can do instead … what I’ve done instead … to create
abundance, security and freedom.

1) DECIDE to have it the way you want it!

Seriously. Make the decision! No tolerations. No “putting up with”.
No “some day” exist strategy (that you never get to). No money worry.

2) FIERCELY nurture and guard your vision and thoughts!

That’s right. Let no past, person or petty (or persistent) mind chatter
erode what you are worthy of manifesting.

3) ELIMINATE what is not congruent with your purpose and prosperity!

This can be the hardest step for people. We cling. We attach. We cringe
in the face of emotional release. But it’s essential.

Eliminate thoughts, habits, foods, toxins, relationships, environments
and choices that do not directly serve your purpose and prosperity. Period.

4) ALIGN with high vibes!

Oh yeah. I’m talking feeeeeeling goooooood. (Which, by the way, is one
of the secrets to manifesting abundance. Don’t dismiss its simplicity.)

This means constantly choosing messages, people, food, music, communities,
rituals and environments that elevate you. That make you feel juicy pleasure.
Levity. Joy. A sense that all is well.

FINALLY…

My share would not feeling complete if I did not remind you that the
nature of purpose commands us to get out of the tight-ego-box that much
much of our world revolves around.

As such, there’s a HUMILITY that I’ve come to know through the years.

I’ve had many times where I’ve wanted it to look that way I want it to
look. Where I know I need to make a change and really don’t want to because
it feels inconvenient or threatens my identity. Where I feel TERRIFIED of the
unknown!

But what I’ve learned is that if I don’t do what my soul’s purpose nudges me
to do, it just gets HARD. I strain. I push upstream.

In my resistance, I push away the very abundance and prosperity I desire
to fully live my purpose.

And, that’s just not an option for me. How about you?

I’m back from the yurt in the woods.

And I pride myself on moving with the grace of my heart and soul rather than the “should” of my head.

I am actually enjoying a spaciousness necessary for the next up-leveling that is happening on this planet (which YOU are part of).

I’m obsessed with my purpose at times.

But something feels different in me.

So I’m NOT forcing myself to do anything more than the commitments I have to current clients.

No big launches.
No planning for the next way to double my income.
No hypey marketing to get you to buy the new bright shiny object.

What HAVE I been doing?

I’ve been….

• shifting
• spending time alone
• deeply listening
• cherishing moments in nature
• cleansing
• praying about how I can be of better service

I am over-the-moon grateful for the business model I’ve built that gives me the space and freedom to do this!!

I really am *living the dream* as it comes to a business that supports the life I want.

I don’t feel pressured to do more, to get more clients, to make more money.

I do what I want, when I want to!

It’s a design that is informed by joy and what feels pleasurable to me…. rather than the disciplined goal-oriented style that leaves me feeling empty.

I am devoted to helping you create your ideal version of this.

Business, money and life … built on a new paradigm of relaxation, trust, ease and space (rather than the work-hard, push, over-drive,
suffering model).

Okay, back to the Spiritual Warrior.

Let me say…

Being a peace-loving chic, anything to do
with “war” & “fighting” is a turn off for me.

Plus I know the laws of the Universe, and that
even when we fight against something, we are still
giving our life force to it.

So initially I felt some resistance into this exploration.

But the truth is that many of us are still battling.

Battling with the constraints of outdated paradigms that
block us from our fully expressed selves.

Battling with the tension between freely pursuing our
soulful passion and the fear of abandoning security.

Battling with the conflict between spiritual longing
and physical desires.

And the list…

… goes on.

Clearly a solid dose of Spiritual Warrior is in order!

The courage to say NO to what no longer is alive for you.
The bravery to take a stand for what is TRUE for you.
The fierceness to remain loyal to your VISION during setbacks and challenges.

Yes.

Right now?

I’m staying in a yurt in the woods on Bainbridge Island.

I’m listening to what life has to say without cluttering
it with attachments and stories.

I feel a new level birthing happening.

Leading retreats is one of the “sweet spots” of my soul. I *love love love*
creating sacred spaces that get women to FINALLY release the bondage of
conditioning and live fully free!

When I started envisioning retreats after facilitating my first professional
workshop for my masters thesis in graduate school (aka women actually paid
me for the first time to hold space!), I was both terrified about being
good enough and thrilled to be choosing work I was passionate about.

I marvel each day at what I’ve created. (Co-created with spirit. I SO
have to get out of my way and continually humble myself.)

Reflecting on it, I can see how the Spiritual Warrior gave me
the UMPH to overcome my “good enough” terror and kept me
on track for the manifestations I knew in my heart could come to be.

This is only a partial glimpse into the good fortune I’ve manifested. It’s AMAZING!

People talk ALL THE TIME about the kind of lifestyle they want to create.

They want to:

• Choose how they use their time
• Do rewarding work that they care about
• Be free of money stress
• Live on their own terms

So, here’s the deal. I’m not going to sugar-coat it for you…

… You’ve got to get real about your resistance (which just so happens be the only thing standing in the way of what you want).

My travels have reminded me of this truth.

There are times when resistance is just oozing out of me.

I am s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d over and over again.

Sometimes I feel like quitting and joining the ranks of mediocrity by coming up with creative excuses as to why I can’t take the next step.

But I DON’T.

My commitment to my mission is bigger than my fear.

And… I’ve learned to re-frame the fear. As said so brilliantly here:

“Fear is good. Like self-doubt, fear is an indicator. Fear tells us what we have to do. 

Remember our rule of thumb: The more scared we are of a work or calling, the more sure we can be that we have to do it.  

Resistance is experienced as fear; the degree of fear equates to the strength of Resistance. Therefore the more fear we feel about a specific enterprise, the more certain we can be that that enterprise is important to us and to the growth of our soul. That’s why we feel so much Resistance. If it meant nothing to us, there’d be no Resistance.”

So, no excuses.

One of the GREATEST STRUGGLES people grapple with stems from not evolving their thinking to match the pace of their true nature to grow.

Their beliefs reinforce an identity in which they find a safe haven.

As the uncertainty inevitably arises, the ego clings to what it has known and desperately creates tactics for self-preservation.

In a lack/scarcity dominant culture, we are not equipped to navigate change with mastery. All kinds of numbness, self-sabotage and resistance sets in, blocking the abundance accessible through the natural impulse to expand.

This is a breeding ground for the SHADOW… the unconscious material that needs a place to express, but hasn’t found acceptance.

You look around you and see this in its extremes. Poverty. War. Terrorism.
Discrimination. Hatred disguised as religious dogma and advancement.

Yet, if we were to get radically honest with ourselves, we’d recognize subtle and insidious ways we participate in the intolerance of change.

DEPRIVING ourselves of joy, happiness, pleasure, meaningful work, nourishing food, thriving relations, extraordinary sex, prosperity and abundant money.

DISGUISING fear of change in “practicality”, being “realistic” and well-crafted excuses.

DISCARDING the soul’s nudge for more, private dreams and longings for fulfillment as if they are merely a nuisance to get over.

The TRUTH is that we — you — were born to thrive. It’s in your design to prosper!

You were originally programmed to pleasurably pursue your yes’s, to feel good and to experience the delight of your soul’s purpose expressed.

6 Tips to Overcome the Resistance Standing in the Way of Your Freedom

** 1 ** Get comfortable with resistance. Accept it as part of your success formula. You WILL have resistance. Increase your capacity to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. Increase your ability to be with the feelings that arise.

** 2 ** Get to know how you engage and soothe resistance. Do you blame others
for your dissatisfaction? Do you play the victim card? Do you over-eat? Do you
stay in analysis paralysis? Do you get sick? Do you hide? Do you procrastinate?
Do you push people away? Do you create drama? Do you over complicate things?
Be compassionately honest with exactly how resistance plays out for you.

** 3 ** Get proactive in choosing thoughts and beliefs that are more in line
with your evolution. For example, if you want to have more money, you have to
release the beliefs that have led you to not having enough. Ditch beliefs like,

“There isn’t enough money.”
“Money is the source of evil.”
“Money is hard to make.”

…and update them with life-affirming ones like,
“There is plenty of money.”
“Money is sourced from creative intelligence.”
“Money is easy to make when I am true to myself.”

** 4** Get deliberate about creating new ways to respond to your impulses
to resist. Set up loving support that nurtures you and holds you accountable
so you transcend the fear.

** 5 ** Get curious and even playful about how silly your tactics are for
self-preservation. Laugh at your excuses. Be light-hearted about your humanity.

** 6 ** Get fierce in pursuing what feels good, elevates your wellness and
unleashes your freedom. Reject what deprives you of what you truly desire.
Nothing less will do for the magnificent being you are.

(NOTE: You may feel resistance just reading this post. Notice how the
mind-chatter influences your ability to really engage insight and opportunities
to expand into greater abundance. Even finding reasons to dismiss parts of what
I have said here can erode your ability to have a breakthrough in consciousness
and rise to another level of awareness that will center you in your ultimate success.)

Sometimes I am fierce. I am in charge. On purpose. Influencing my reality by choosing my thoughts. Taking inspired action. Doing what needs to be done to achieve the purpose at hand.

Sometimes I am uncertain. I am surrendered. I am questioning. I am yielding to the mystery. I am unearthing a deeper intelligence that feels beyond me. I am listening. Being. Moment by moment, letting myself be guided.

I am wild.
I am tame.

This is *authentic power*. It’s what’s real. True.

Not a prescription formula that is accepted by societal standards.

Not some “mold” I have to fit into that validates my existence.

Not a “pretty girl” version that gives me the stamp of approval.

I am me.

The whole me.

Sometimes warrior Masculine.
Sometimes senusal Feminine.

Sometimes bossy-pants leader telling others what to do.
Sometimes student humbly recognizing I don’t know.

But always. True to me.

Undo the conditoning. Get in alignment with your true, authentic power.

Okay, so at the start of this message I asked why you should care about power, pleasure and money.

Here’s my brief answer.

At the heart of the matter of money is power.

Think about it. On some level, you believe that when you have money, you will have more power.

Power of opportunity.
Power of choice.
Power of options.
Power of time.

Right?

And while I can say that having more money (cuz I do have a lot more of it than I used to — I’m not going to lie about that!) has freed up things for me…

… It’s not REALLY the money that freed me.

It was my relationship to my power.

One more thing.

PLEASURE.

The same channels that open you to more money are the same channels connected to your “pleasure zone”.

If you are dis-connected from your ability to feel pleasure, accept pleasure and receive pleasure, then you are BLOCKING a whole-heck-of-a-lot-of riches.

AFFIRM: I am grateful for my freedom!

I am sovereign. I exercise my highest power
and inner authority to choose a reality of well
being and prosperity.

I am authentically free in ALL ways- in body,
mind, emotion, spirit, sex and money.

I choose freedom on MY terms, consistent with
my essential self and core values.

I liberate myself from ANY and all fear-based consciousness,
rising in love.

By claiming and taking responsibility for my ultimate freedom,
I create a ripple for the greatest good.

My freedom liberates others.

I AM FREE!

And so it is.

Sometimes I’d like to OPT OUT of being so tuned into the voice of my soul.

I mean, it would be more convenient.

I wouldn’t have to confront my fears.
I wouldn’t have to do consistent inventory on what to release.
I wouldn’t have to make the changes required of me.

I could just pretend that it’s not there.

Drown the inner stirrings with various numbing agents.

Keep up a facade of familiarity.

Or… feel like I’m a helpless victim who can’t shape my reality
and blame my dissatisfaction and hurts on the system or others’.

But that’s just NOT the way of my soul.

It calls for so much more than what I’ve been trained to accept.

And it’s not just for my own well being, but for the good of all.

I call it the CHOICELESS CHOICE.

I choose it. It chooses me.

If I don’t? Well, the consequences are just not anything I could suffer through and tolerate.

With that …

… The pulse of another form of my souls expression has crystallized into a new offer.

It will only be for certain women.

The woman who is ready.

To unleash the wildness of her soul essence.
To tap the mysteries and power of the feminine.
To access the forces of true wealth.
To finally break free and live on her terms.

So you know …

I’m processing my expansive time in Maui where I attended the #writingfromyoursoul workshop with the stellar leaders Dr. Wayne W. Dyer, Doreen Virtue, Nancy Levin and Reid Tracy.

Present with me in this deepening …

1) The choice to advance confidently in the direction of my dreams. Yes, I choose. Yet, paradoxically, I don’t feel I have a choice. It’s what I call the “choiceless choice”. For, when I ignore the call, life becomes a struggle. Incomplete.

My soul will not have that. I surrender to this choice, as it is beyond me.

2) Endeavoring to live the life I imagine. I live the life I imagine. I am confident that I will continue to. My imaginings now are much more of a healthy yet insistent preoccupation with a world where peace and well being becomes the new norm.

I am listening to guidance as to how I can best contribute to this imagining become a reality.

3) Meet with success unexpected in common hours. You know, I’ve attained a level of ease in manifestation beyond what parts of me believed possible. While I’m open to more unexpected grace and to be shown the miracles of our evolving consciousness, I’m curious about something else.

There’s a “common” me. In some hours of my day, this part just doesn’t get how I will accomplish this mission.

So I’m counting on the unexpected. I expect the unexpected, for this is beyond “me”.

I am trusting in the Infinite Source to fuel me with the light, direction and strength to see it through.

And so it is.

For most women, one of the biggest barriers standing
between you and abundance is your inability to receive.

Knowing ALL too well the profound struggle and pain that
comes with scarcity (of money, time, love, joy)…

…I’ve done what it takes to reverse those symptoms
and live into the gracious & endless flow of wealth.

You can get swept up in a bright shiny object.

…NOTHING can replace the deeply profound shifts that occur
when you get to the root of the issue.

Receiving.

Let down the walls.

Allow.

When you do, more will come to you!
