My integration continues.

After a most epic time in Peru (which included a BIRTHDAY celebration worthy of the Goddess I AM!) I am enjoying re-connecting with my clients and sharing the growth with them and you.

I’m only in Seattle for just over a week, fly to San Francisco for a wedding and time with friends… and then it’s already time for Kauai!

Inspired by the power of my pilgrimage, I wrote an article below on creating Your Ultimate Liberation. READ ON…

I’m happier than ever.
I lead the life I desire.
I serve clients I love.

And I’m marinating in the richness of my recent pilgrimage to Peru.

Of the many gifts I received was a deepening into
one of the most foundational keys to our FREEDOM.

Think about it.

What IS it that you most desire in this quest for freedom?

You want options and choices.

You want to design your life based on what matters to you most.

You want your days to be directed on YOUR terms.

Yes. You can feel the freedom calling you now!

But I believe there is something even more core to your
sense of well being and peace of mind.

Something that liberates you to the point where NO ONE or
NOTHING can impose on, subtract from or add to your sense of freedom.

And that is security.

Now, let’s be clear.

Security is NOT found in the places that most seek it.

In fact, the attainment of security is impossible to reach
by looking in the common places you do.

In other people.
In acquiring material objects.
In filling your bank account.
In receiving external validation.

Really.

If you take that to heart… I guarantee you less struggle and strife!

The other day I visited my great aunt who is graciously living
the last days of her life.

I sat next to her bed side, holding her hand and beaming
love through my presence.

She asked me about my business & travels with great wonder.

My lifestyle is a stark contrast to the reality she grew up with.

And she asked me THE question…

… The one I believe that stands in the way (or opens the way)
of people’s ultimate liberation…

… “Does that life bring you security?”

I warmly smiled and said, “That is an excellent question! It
depends on your definition of security. What most people define
as security is not freedom to me.”

See, I knew years ago when I struck out on my crazy quest to design
a business and lifestyle that honored my true self that my “security”
(in the eyes of the majority) was being sacrificed.

I’ll admit I had moments of doubt when I was scraping by to pay my bills.

But there was something within me — what I now know as the voice of my soul —
that kept persisting.

This is the same voice that led me to pack my belongings in storage in 2011.

This is the same voice that led me back to Peru.

In both cases — living from suitcases and my pilgrimage to Peru — I’ve dug
deep into the nature of security.

Without certainty, without “home”, without plans.

In the unknown, as I’ve stripped away the layers of what is not me, I’ve
discovered the inner security that IS the ultimate liberation.

It is here I rest. There is nothing more to strive for.

So…

…I know if you are reading my words there is a recognition of your
self in my share.

I know you long for this security, this liberation I speak to.

It is here. It need not be something you stress about or ache for.

It is within you.

Let it be so.

“I am secure in my core. I am secure in myself.
My security is sourced from my inner power.
I rest in the unwavering security of my true self.”

I’m baaaaaack!!

Bigger, brighter and bolder than ever.

I’m humbly grateful to my Peru pilgrimage and
all the spirits of the Sacred Valley.

And…I’m in integration mode.

A time of bringing the expanded version of me
and heightened consciousness into my life.

I wanted to touch in with you because I’ve been unplugged
for a while now.

My time in Peru was EPIC and I can’t wait to share
the ripples of the medicine with you.

In the meantime, I am reflecting…

* What remains true and still fits?
* What is now old that needs to fall away?
* What ways of being will I adopt to maintain my new awarenesses?

Holy wow!

Lot’s of greatness happening here in Kendra-land.

I’m graced with an abundant flow in so many ways and I give thanks.

Among the blessings is my upcoming trip to Peru! I’m in preparation mode which includes …

…amping up my yoga practice

…organizing belongings

… setting up systems in my business so I can un-plug while still serving my clients.

Oh. I wrote you this article so that you, too, can get and STAY in the abundant flow.

Before I get into the insidious beliefs that suck
the life right out of your money flow, let me remind
you of why I’m ALL over mastering the money game.

If you’re like me, you’ve resisted more money because…

….It’s not spiritual enough and you don’t want to
be part of the problems you see money causes in the world.

(i.e. The money system sucks and you don’t want to perpetuate
the greed.)

I get it. I’ve been there.

But…

There’s not ONE area of your life that money doesn’t touch!

Career, health, sex, relationship.

So when you’re struggling with money (whether a little or a lot) you’re
not living to full capacity in ALL areas of life.

Not only that, you are distracted by the stress it causes you.

This distraction takes you away from the peace of mind that
naturally comes from focusing on the purpose you are here for.

(HINT: Your purpose in life is not to pay bills!)

Finally, I just want to say that if the heart-centered, value-driven
people that care (that’s YOU) stay in scarcity mode, it means
the “powers that be” will still rule our economy and affairs.

I’m just not having that.

(And, purpose and world change aside… it sure is fun to be able
to get a new pair of shoes or go on a vacation when you want, right?
Come on, you don’t have to always be altruistic.)

Okay. Onto the beliefs.

First, a refresher.

Beliefs are simply repeated thoughts.

Thoughts become so habitual that you don’t realize that they
are beliefs. You just assume they are “true”.

Many beliefs are unconscious because you haven’t examined
them.

IF you are not getting the results you want with
money, this is where you want to focus.

To create the abundant, life-giving, free-flowing kind of
relationship you want with money, you MUST change your
beliefs.

Change your beliefs, change your money.

Let’s get to the 3 insidious beliefs that are pretty darn
Universal.

We want to shine the light on them so they don’t have
power over you anymore!

1) You have to change you who are you make money.
2) It’s hard to make money.
3) You can’t make money doing what you love.

You can guess what I have to say about these.

They are BS.

#1- You DON’T have to change who you are to make money.

In fact, I’ve delightfully discovered that the more I am
true to me, the more money I make!

#2 – Money is NOT hard to make.

Uh, no. Making money is easy. Really. It is.

#3 – You CAN make money doing what you love.

Seriously. We are not given gifts, talents, experiences
and skills that benefit others so that we just scrape
by to get our needs met.

Now, I want you to notice something.

You may have already tried to talk your way into
keeping those beliefs as you were reading.

Your skeptic may be coming up with “evidence”
to dismiss my claims.

Interesting, right?

You can keep those limits if you want.

They may be more safe and familiar.

They may be more predictable.

They may help you “fit in” so you know you’ll be accepted.

But, really. Are those the standards you want to set for yourself?

There’s such an abundant world waiting for you!

Ditch those beliefs and say YES to receiving more now.

Here are your NEW beliefs to help:

I make great money being me. 

It’s easy to make money. 

I manifest money doing what I love. 

Yep, that’s right.

You want to live the ULTIMATE lifestyle dream?

You want to be free?

Well, hanging out in the land of mediocrity sure isn’t going to get you there!

Among my tools for breaking out of the just-get-by-and-expect-barely-enough norm has been SASS.

Sass is defined as lively, bold and full of spirit.

Bring it!

I get that it can feel vulnerable. I understand what it’s like to be consumed with the worry of what others will think of me. (Isn’t it amazing how much this fear holds us back?)

But NO fear is worth trading your freedom for!

When I first starting fantasizing about leading retreats and VIP days in Kauai, I felt the tension between the voices in me.

The “Do it! You can have whatever you want” voice.

And the “Are you crazy? That’s so selfish and unrealistic” voice.

I’m on my 3rd year of leading retreats and VIP days there now, so you can guess which voice I choose to listen to. 🙂

This picture was taken the first year I was there. It captures the spirit of sass I’m speaking to.

The same sass that gives me…

… the courage to say yes to my greater purpose each day.
… the audacity to go for what I want.
… the boldness to stand for more life, more abundance, more wellbeing — for me — and for all.

So I wrote the article below for you. It addresses the taboo of DESIRE + Universal truths to help you get on track with your ultimate freedom.

Let’s talk desire.

And break the TABOO!

Whether it …

* Puritan beliefs that disapprove of pleasure.
* Religious influences that make them sinful.
(Ah, hello? The “forbidden fruit”.)
* Media conditioning that counts on your guilt.

DESIRE has been manipulated, disowned and denied.

The result?

Struggle, shame, stress and scarcity.

First things first.

Let’s set the record straight.

Desire is GOOD for you.

It’s natural.

I believe it is a nudge from your soul.

When you are connected and trust your feelings, your
inner guidance will direct you to what …

* Feels good.
* Helps you flourish.
* Brings you fulfillment.

Now that we’ve cleared that up, let’s get in sync with
the fabulous nature of the Universe so that you are all
set to MANIFEST with much greater ease.

See, there’s this misunderstanding that your desire is hard
(if not impossible) to fulfill.

That’s just RUBBISH.

Here are 2 way cool things about the Universe + desire.

(1) WHAT YOU DESIRE DESIRES YOU.

This radically changed my life. It’s a serious paradigm shift.

There is always a Divine match to your desire.

For instance.

When I started my business and was feeling desperate about
“getting clients”, I feared I may not be able to fulfill my
desire for a thriving business helping clients I love.

But then I awakened to this truth… that what I desire desires me.
It is a variation of Rumi’s wisdom, “What you seek is seeking you.”

This was comforting to me. It took me out of scarcity thinking.

I shifted my perspective and realized that the desire I had to
serve was a match to another persons desire to be served.

Imagine how manifesting will change when YOU start believing that
what you desire desires you!

(2) IF YOU HAVE A DESIRE, THE UNIVERSE CAN DELIVER THE GOODS.

Remember, this is a benevolent Universe. That means it’s
kind and well meaning.

You are not ushered a desire merely to experience the pain
of longing or to feel an empty temptation.

(Unless you want to learn that way. But personally, I think
drama is over-rated.)

Your awareness of a desire is an indication that the means to
bring it to manifestation exists.

The resource, the connection…whatever is necessary to bring it about…
DOES exist.

A key here is to not be attached to the form it is delivered.

Sometimes attachment to the way you think it’s “supposed to be”
prevents the ESSENCE of your desire from coming to you.

So, there you have it.

A brand spanking new paradigm on desire.

It’s good for you.
It’s natural.
It’s Universally set up for you.

Now…

Let the desires commence!

Dropping you a note from my sunny CA adventure.

After speaking at the Fun, Fab and Feminine event
on the BUTTON- PUSHING topic of money, I came
to the beach for a family vacation.

(Cool castle, huh?!)

True to my maverick nature, I got passionate
and mixed responses to my message at the event.

Some raves.
Some resistance.

It’s no surprise to me.

Money is SUCH a hot button for most.

I get it.

I used to believe that my life was limited by money.

I thought that my “bank account” had the last say on
what I could do.

BUT.

It’s not true!

To believe that money in your account (or lack of it)
is what decides your fate is to SERIOUSLY dismiss the
power YOU have to create your reality.

I said so in my presentation, and a woman kept
pushing back with her “yeah, but”…

… so I asked her what would happen if she stopped arguing
for her limited reality.

That really shifted things for her.

See…

Circumstances do not create reality.

Choices do.

So, tell me.

What choice will you make that will put you in greater
alignment with your prosperous, joyful reality?

Right now.

Let me be so BOLD to say…. In my industry, it’s become a trendy phrase, but MOST people marketing it don’t really LIVE it.

Now, I’m not going to fault them for that because we are in a learning curve.

Coming out of the shadows of our CONDITIONING can take time.

We are re-learning & re-orienting, which takes some UN-DOING of flawed belief systems.

Flawed belief systems like:

– You have to struggle to even get by.
– There’s only so much to go around.
– Sacrificing what matters most is an expected part of the game.
– You can’t make good money doing what you love.

I FIRMLY stand against such ludicrous, soul-sucking, fear-based paradigms!

More importantly, it’s what I stand FOR.

(Because even when you give your life force to what you don’t want, you are giving it life force.)

I AM a stand for living on YOUR terms. That includes designing a life that:

– Upholds your core values.
– Enlivens your soul + purpose.
– Is in alignment with your authentic, true self.
– Ensures you thrive… in body, mind, emotion, spirit, sex & money.
– Contributes to the greater good.

I’ve designed this life for myself. It’s absolutely amazing. I am honored to guide others in doing the same!

What I can tell you from having built this dream from the ground up is that you WILL be met with resistance. Resistance’s like:

Ego resistance to change.
Societal resistance to personal sovereignty.
Religious resistance to pleasure.

And the list will go on.

HEAR ME on this. (Because I sincerely want you to be FREE!)

Do NOT let resistance get in your way.

In fact, USE it as a signal.
A signal that you are expanding at a rate that your soul is ecstatic about.
As well as a signal to strengthen your resolve to have life EXACTLY the way you want it.

Listen, I know there are a lot of influences that attempt to keep the flawed paradigm alive.

It does take DEVOTION and determination to depart from that world and remain steadfast in settling for nothing less than the best you deserve.

Here’s what I know:

• You have what it takes.
• The power is in you.
• You are designed to prosper.
• Now is the time.

Here we are creating client + money magnetism on the beach.

And there’s a success secret for you.

SHOW UP.

Set a higher standard for yourself, make the decision to have it and show up.

Even when you don’t know “how”.

Even when you feel scared.

Even when you fall down.

Even when you reach the end of all you know.

Even when you feel like a red hot mess.

Even when you are confronted with your limits.

Even when others question you.

That’s right.

People who succeed don’t drop away from their dreams for ANY reason.
