One of the reasons I’ve been so determined to create a successful business?
I want to be my own boss!
Nobody else’s rules.
No “norms” I have to fit into.
No limits on my authentic creative expression.
You relate?
I led a coaching session yesterday where one of you told me you didn’t want to be at the mercy of other people. I hear this a lot.
If you are like me, you want to be ALL of who you are… FULLY aligned with your values and vision…. helping as many people as possible and having FUN being the flow of joy!
This is totally possible for you!
First, you need to embrace the mindset required to be your own boss.
It does take courage. But I know you have it.
What is this mindset?
1) Take 100% Responsibility For Your Success
You must adopt this stance, letting go of any vestiges of victim consciousness that has you believing that if somebody else just did “such and such”, then you’d be successful. It’s up to you.
2) Take Charge Of Your Destiny
Stop waiting for things to reveal themselves. Stop using the “spiritual flow” as a clever “enlightened” way to put off taking action. Decide what you want. Choose to allow yourself to receive it all. Do what it takes.
3) No Excuses Approach
Any “reason” you come up with that you are not experiencing what you want is an excuse. Yes, I know, you have a past, you have bills to pay, you don’t have enough time. The bigger and sadder the story, the more creative the excuse.
4) Get Over What People Think
You block the freedom and prosperity that you associate with being your own boss BIG TIME because of this. You are afraid of what people will think of you when you take a stand, you are scared of being judged for being a strong leader, you are fearful of judgments others will have about who you are when you succeed. Get over it. People will judge you no matter what… so be judged while doing what you love and being happy!
Being the boss of my life has meant I’ve created success on MY terms.

I’m enjoying being back in Seattle. The autumn leaves are absolutely stunning. I’m in the woods on Bainbridge Island at one of my favorite places after a powerful healing grief retreat.
The other day I had a blast with one of my Platinum Goddesses, Karyn Krause, during her full VIP day at the Edgewater Inn.

There’s an ease about my life that once upon a time was not my experience at all.

NO MORE STRUGGLE!

Struggle is over-rated as a “normal”!
We have become so accustomed to it that we don’t question it. YOU have become so accustomed to it that you resign to it as a part of life.
But you don’t have to.
Not only can ease BE the way of your life (and your m$ney), but it is actually easier to create. Seriously, it takes so much more effort and energy to struggle!
There is no other area where I see this demonstrated more than with money. Financial anxiety is over-the-top running your lives in very consuming and unnecessary ways.
Now, let’s get something straight here. I’m not living in a bubble where I think that positivity and happiness is the only way. (Come on, I just led a grief retreat this past weekend). I know there’s a spectrum in our human journey.
What I want you to do RIGHT NOW is to raise your standards.
When you do, you will tolerate less, including the current amount of struggle you are enduring.

What can you do about it?
Well, begin with taking that stand for higher standards in joy, wealth and true prosperity.
And then, reframe struggle so that it is an energy and experience that you allow to work FOR you.
ADOPT THIS AND WATCH EASE UNFOLD
IN YOUR LIFE & FINANCES….
First, when you notice yourself struggling (which you will increasingly become awake to), pause and inquire about what the struggle is telling you.
Here are some possibilities….
1) You are going upstream and against the current. Relax. Stop pushing. Surrender.
2) You are buying into a limited belief about yourself that is untrue. Breath. Detach from the thought as “truth” and chose a more life-affirming belief that feels better.
3) You are being guided to a lesson that can further your purpose and evolution. Understand that the repetition of a struggle (same story and experience over and over and over again) is because you have not stopped to examine what it is teaching you.
4) You are resisting the good. The more you resist, the harder it gets. Expand your mind to match the true abundant nature of life and let yourself have more and receive more.

In the last 15 months, I have enjoyed an explosion in my business. I have successfully (& effortlessly) doubled, tripled, quadrupled my income-because of a few key changes to my business model & approach to service delivery.

OH MY! We just closed our first circle here in Sedona for the Wealthy Goddess Mastermind Retreat… and let me tell ya…. we are on fire.

I used the time to let go, empty out and get super clear.
My commitment to making it easy for you to succeed requires me to do this work…. for I can only take you as far as I’m willing to go myself.
As I cleansed in the waters, I came face to face with beliefs regarding my insignificance, which led me to ask questions like:
What is my role in the big scheme of things?
Does what I do and who I am really make a difference?
I used the temptation for anxiety and doubt as a cue that I was ready to let go of a small fear-based story. So I did.
Ah, yes. Now I am aligned.

This Is Blocking Your Prosperity
There’s a cycle to life.
When you disregard it, things get stuck or stagnant.
In order for the new birth and new prosperity to come in, you must tend to a part of the cycle that you may likely be avoiding.
It’s a big mistake.
By avoiding this part of the cycle, you block your prosperity.
What is it?
Letting go.
It is autumn. As I looked out the window yesterday during my time with a VIP client, I admired golden yellow leaves dancing to the ground.
Nature shows us how to do it. (Struggle usually means you’re going against the current!)
Let go.
Release the old.
Give it up.
What are a few examples of what you need to let go of right now?
Like what?
Do yourself a favor….
Tune in with this cycle of life. Honor it. And honor YOU by welcoming more prosperity through the letting go that wants to happen.
ACTION STEP: Take 15 minutes to journal. Identify 1-3 things you will commit to letting go of by the end of the month. Then, do it.
You want more time, money and freedom?
First, notice your mind chatter already reacting in a limited way to that question…
“It’s not possible for me.”
“Sounds great, but how would I do it?”
“That’s unrealistic.”
What’s your version of the skeptic that’s keeping you safe (and yet desiring more)?
I’m taking ALL kinds of leaps for my ideal version of success, and if you are ready to build yours, I encourage you to take action now.
Because here’s the truth:
Now, one of my fabulous sacred team members has alr eady submitted the final list of women for the Wealthy Goddess Mastermind Retreat (they rock!) to the retreat center in Sedona.

One of the big barriers standing between you and your abundance?
A belief.
This belief traps you in a world of scarcity & lack (which translates into not enough money, time, choice, & freedom).
The belief?
That your abundance, your prosperity, your wealth are outside of you.
You have been duped to believe that someone or something (usually money & material gain) will bring you the final satisfaction of abundance.
Once you get that relationship or money outside of you to be exactly how much you want it to be, in the way you think it should be, you believe you will “arrive” at the end of the rainbow where the treasure chest awaits you.
But.
You strive. You try. You do “all the right things”.
Yet, it still eludes you.
To awaken to your abundance, you must:
Listen, when you look outside of yourself for the source of your abundance, you will always feel some degree of being “out of control”.
Not only that, by seeking your abundance outside of you, you are unconsciously believing that there is something missing, lacking or wrong with you.
HERE’S THE TRUTH:
YOU are the source of your abundance!
To be prosperous is to remember your wholeness.
To be wealthy is to know you are Divinely perfect.
To be abundant is to feel the completeness of who you are.

So, starting TODAY, stop looking outside of yourself and become aware of the full and abundant nature of life & of you!
