Stop It! (NOTE: I’m Feeling Fierce)

(Powering it up with my Mastermind of top notch leading biz women,

I’m feeling fierce.

You see, there’s just too much going on that’s not okay with me.

Scarcity. Strain. Suffering.

My “hidden agenda”, which really isn’t hidden now, is to change the world. Yep, I’m just DONE with business as usual.

But I’m not joining the ranks of the complainers, the fighters, the whiners and the victims.

No way.

Real change and transformation does NOT come from pushing against what does not work.

The greatest form of protest is awakening to your authentic power, living and leading the vision of what you know deep in your soul is possible.

I know if you are reading this- like me- you care deeply.

You want to contribute. You want to live the fullness of your purpose. You want to expand your reach and send a wave of healing across the globe.

I’m just going to come out and say it:

==>There are some things you must STOP right now in order to do so!

The purpose & prosperity you desire IS waiting for you to claim it.

It’s not a matter of whether it’s there. It’s matter of whether YOU are there. In your mind. In your consciousness.

There are things you must stop in order to create a new “set point” in your consciousness that will allow you to LIVE (not just dream about) what you came for.

I’m going to reveal my bold 5 ways you need to STOP IT! (I mean it!)

I was in therapy about 9 years ago and in one moment everything changed.

I remember my counselor firmly declaring that some experiences I had in relationships were just not okay.

It was really big for me. Up until that moment, I had no other point of reference.

Because I had been living that way for so long, I just thought it was “normal“.

I thought is was normal to struggle.

I thought it was normal to have drama.

I thought it was normal to not have someone show up for me.

I thought it was normal to feel bad about myself.

It was a serious turning point for me. I got for the first time that the way I had let myself be treated was NOT healthy, life-affirming or loving.

I didn’t know it until she took a stand for me. She gave me a perspective that carried me into a new realm of choices for the betterment of my life.

All these years later, my life is a dream come true. My self-worth & self-value has done a complete 180 and I command a quality of life equal to the Goddess I am.

I want more for you. Much more.

There are things you are believing, doing and allowing that just DO NOT measure up to the destiny of your soul & the magnificence of your being. These may be so engrained that you are not even conscious of them.

Let’s get to it.

Here are 5 ways you need to STOP IT!

#1 Tolerating

If you are putting up with, compromising or tolerating anything, you are blocking the flow of your abundance. The energy is takes to “manage” the underlying icky feeling of toleration drains your vital life force.  Even the slightest toleration depletes you. Stop it!

#2 Buying Into Scarcity

If you feel anxious, concerned, trapped or fearful that there is not enough time or money, that you will not be provided for, that it won’t work out–you are buying into scarcity. The undercurrents of frenzy, overwhelm and stress are symptoms of scarcity thoughts. Even on a subtle level, you question the very nature of life as you worry about what is missing and lacking. Stop it!

#3 Doubting

When you set your intention, create your vision and declare what you want, the manifesting IS in motion. If you doubt that it will happen, question the how, worry about it not coming to be, you are eroding the natural manifesting process. You are giving mixed signals to the Universe. You are stepping out of faith & leading with fear. Stop it!

#4 Thinking Something Is Wrong With You

You come by this well. Just look at the influence of media. All around you are messages that you are not good enough, that you will be loved if you look a certain way, blah-blah-blah. You question the value of your contribution, you believe you need “more time” to perfect yourself before you step out as a leader, you play small because you cringe at the thought of people “finding out” about your messy humanity. You carry around a belief something is wrong with who you are. Stop it!

#5 Caring About What Others Think

Come on, admit it. You want people to like you and think good things about you. So much so that you hold back. You bite your lip when you have a truth to tell, you write a “safe” article, you present yourself in a package that you think is acceptable, you down play your power so as to not make others feel uncomfortable. You monitor and contort who you are because you care about what others think. Stop it!

This is a lovely post, Kendra. I have to say I’m feeling fierce too… and it’s nice to know that together we CAN change the world.

    Mia xo

  • Awesome, Mia! Love that fierceness in you. YES we can and will change the world together. 🙂

  • Heather says:

This post is SPOT ON, as usual, Kendra. Breathing it all in and ALLOWING, thank you for showing me the way! xx

Know what? I am feeling pretty fierce myself as I let go of the top 5 you listed above (yep, I adopted all of them into my life) and honestly feel a bit of anger/rage/sadness that I settled for so long! I plan to use that powerful energy–DRIVE–to move forward in leaps and bounds and change my Self. My life. My world.

No more settling, ever again. I printed the Top 5 list and have it near my computer monitor so I can take stock each day and assess if any of them are sneaking into my consciousness.

    xx

  • RIGHT ON!!!
YES, You & me, we could be CHANGE THE WORLD sisters! I am doing it one journal page at a time!!!
    GREAT post – THANKS Kendra.

    Great post Kendra!

I love your 5 points…So true and especially the last one speaks to me. When I write articles and create courses sometimes that very subtle ‘censor’ surfaces to ‘fit in’ etc. I’m glad I can feel it and move beyond it.

It truly is time to move beyond these conditioned constraints. Especially as women, our gifts and our never before expressed wisdom is what the world needs.

Thanks for your fierceness! It’s lovely! xx

  • Dale ~ We ARE changing the world! Thanks for your part in the co-creation. 🙂

  • Awesome, Heather! I KNOW you are fierce; I feel your fire, woman. Yes, good wisdom to transform that eager and anger into passion. That’s what I do. Here’s to no more settling and ALL MORE living! 🙂

  • Thanks, Nancy! Thanks for chiming in. Great awareness on that #5. I hear ya on the editing! I’ve been liberated each level of release I’ve chosen around caring what people think. YES to our wisdom. YES to YOUR wisdom. 🙂
